Rolina does not provide refunds or exchanges for purchases unless the buyer has received a faulty, wrong, or flawed product.
In order for us to be able to exchange your purchase,products must be returned in the condition that it was received. Rolina monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges with or without a receipt.
Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been returned must be within 12 days of purchase.
For rolinacolleciton.com products returned in store, rather than by mail, refunds are only provided if the product is returned within 3 days of purchase.

- Send and email prior to your return and Include your name, e-mail address, and phone number so that we can contact you.
- Package your return item in the manufacturer’s product box and rolina collection packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
- Send the email confirmation of purchase with the returned item
- You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

In-store purchases must be returned within 48 h of purchase with a receipt our store location. We do not accept mail returns for merchandise originally purchased at our store location.
